If you do not want to register an account with us, simply check out as a guest and follow the instructions to place your order.
If you have an account with us, you may view the record of your order when you log into your account.

Please be advised that once an order has been finalised, we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.

Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us via the chat widget and we will be happy to waive shipping on this additional order if it was placed within 24 hours of the original order.

Upon successfully placing an order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email you have provided. The order confirmation email contains your order number with a summary of your purchase. Sometimes, these email gets flagged as spam, so you might wish to check your junk mailbox for it!

Upon checking out, there will be a discount section at the right hand side of your order summary. Simply key in the discount code into the box, and click 'APPLY', and enjoy the discount! :)

If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your payment information, billing or shipping address. Please review all information closely and look for any mistakes. Usually, these might be errors in the payment information (card number, CVC etc,), or an incorrect postal code against the stated country. If you continue to receive error messages, please contact us via the 'contact' page.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear on our website. However, due to the calibration of each computer, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Most of the jewelry on this website are costume jewelry, unless stated otherwise. Costume jewelry is made of materials that are less valuable than fine jewelry, and are usually a combination brass, steel, nickel and gold or silver plated. Items under the hypoallergenic section are made from 925 sterling silver, and are great for customers with sensitive skin! :)

Unfortunately, yes, all costume jewelry tarnishes overtime, especially when they are exposed to moisture, oils, salts and acids. Do not worry, we do have a few tips on how you can prolong the lifespan of our jewelries! You can find out more here

As consumers ourselves, we understand the sheer joy of having our parcels shipped fast. Hence, we always aim to do the same for our customers!

All orders are shipped within 1-2 *working days. (Our courier partners operate from Mon-Fri)

You will be sure to receive a notification once your order has been sent out!

For local orders, orders are usually shipped within 1-3 working days upon courier collection, if you have not received your order within the stated period, do reach out to us and we will gladly assist!

For overseas orders, the delivery time varies across destinations. They are usually shipped in 1.5weeks. Likewise, if you feel like you've been waiting a tad too long for your parcel,
do not hesitate to reach out to us!

While we will always do our best to ensure that your order is delivered to you promptly, please bear with us with as certain conditions such as service interruptions, weather delays, public holidays and especially delayed custom clearance are beyond our control.

Custom taxes and duties vary in each country. Should there be additional charges for custom clearance, they must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Hence, we recommend that you contact your local postal office to enquire about current custom taxes rate to be sure before purchase.

We apologise in advance as we strictly do not accept returns and exchanges due to hygiene reasons.
Refunds are reviewed on a case-to-case basis.

Please go through your cart before finalising your purchase as we are only able to provide refunds for online purchases in limited circumstances. Great care is taken to ensure that all images and information provided are accurate and as close as possible to the actual item.

All orders are also carefully packaged and checked prior to shipping.

Credits or exchanges are offered in certain circumstances where reasonable but do contact us with your request within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve any issues efficiently.

Any other sales channel/re-sellers you may find are not authentic and do not represent our brand.

We accept payments via Alipay and Paypal.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through paypal. Your authorized form of payment will be charged once your order is processed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.

All orders will be processed in Singapore Dollars (SGD). For international orders, you can find a currency converter for your reference on the top right hand corner of our website.
