If you do not want to register an account with us, simply check out as a guest and follow the instructions to place your order. If you have an account with us, you may view the record of your order when you log into your account.
Please be advised that once an order has been finalised, we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.
Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us at info@fawnxfern.com We will be happy to waive shipping on this additional order if it was placed within 24 hours of the original order.
Upon successfully placing an order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email you have provided. The order confirmation email contains your order number with a summary of your purchase. Sometimes, these email gets flagged as spam, so you might wish to check your junk mailbox for it!
Upon checking out, there will be a discount section at the bottom of your order summary. Simply key in the discount code into the box, and click 'APPLY'.
If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your payment information, billing or shipping address. Please review all information closely and look for any mistakes. Usually, these might be errors in the payment information (card number, CVC etc,), or an incorrect postal code against the stated country. Unfortunately, if your parcel was sent out via normal mail, we will be unable to track it. If the lost mail was caused by an invalid or incomplete address, the parcel will be rebound to us within 2-3 weeks. We will inform you upon receiving the parcel and arrange for re-delivery. Postage fees for re-delivery will be borne by the recipient. Hence, do ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate before submitting the order.

For international orders, parcels may sometimes be held back for verification purposes or any other unforeseen circumstances. If you have tracked your parcel status and notice the last update has been “arrived at processing centre/ arrived at destination post” for more than a week, do give your local post office a call to speed up the dispatching process. Please note that international delivery takes approximately 8-21 working days. Do wait patiently during this period and we believe your parcel will be with you as soon as possible! :)

Most of the jewelry on this website is costume jewelry, unless stated otherwise. Costume jewelry is made of materials that are less valuable than fine jewelry, and are usually a combination brass, steel, nickel and gold or silver plated. Items under the hypoallergenic section are made from 925 sterling silver.
We are sensitive to everyone’s needs! We have a curated range of hypoallergenic products that are suitable for skin types prone to allergies. These products are made from 925/sterling silver. We are working on expanding this range currently. You may view the products here.
Unfortunately, yes, all costume jewelry tarnishes overtime, especially when they are exposed to moisture, oils, salts and acids. Do not worry, we do have a few tips on how you can prolong the lifespan of our jewelries. You can find out more here.
We understand the excitement of receiving a parcel at your doorstep, Hence, we always try to dispatch the orders as soon as possible, within 1-2 working days*. During peak periods, they might take slighly longer, up to 3 working days*

*Note: Working days are Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays.

Normal mail costs SGD$2.50 and takes approximately 1-3 working days* to reach you upon shipment. 
Registered mail takes 2-5 working days* to reach you upon shipment.

Custom taxes and duties vary in each country. Should there be additional charges for custom clearance, they must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Hence, we recommend that you contact your local postal office to enquire about current custom taxes rate to be sure.

Yes we do, only for Singapore orders. You may select the option of ’24 hour shipping’ during checkout for express shipping. For overseas orders, if you need the items urgently, do write in to us and we'll be glad to see if we can work something out :)

We accept all major credit and debit cards through paypal. Your authorized form of payment will be charged once your order is processed.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.

Returns and refunds are reviewed on a case-to-case basis.

 

Please choose carefully as we are only able to provide refunds for online purchases in limited circumstances. Great care is taken to ensure that all images and information provided are accurate and as close as possible to the actual item. All orders are also carefully packaged and checked prior to shipping. Credits or exchanges are offered in certain circumstances where reasonable but do contact us with your request within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve any issues efficiently.
