Returns and refunds are reviewed on a case-to-case basis.
Please be ensured that all items are checked thoroughly prior to despatching. We bubble wrap our items for additional protection. Unfortunately, defects may be caused by rough handling during the mailing process.
If there are any defects found, please take a clear photograph of the defective item and drop us an email at email@example.com
Store credits might be offered in certain circumstances where reasonable.
All requests for returns or refunds have to be done within 7 working days upon receiving the item. Requests for returns or refunds thereafter will not be entertained. Do contact us with your request as soon as possible so that we can resolve any issues efficiently.
We do not offer any exchanges at the moment.
